Hanny-sensei brings a wealth of expertise, and experience in science, research and leadership. She is a professor at IPB University in Indonesia for 35+ years and has guest lectured in numerous universities accross t the globe including Hokkaido University, National University of Singapore, Warsaw University of Life sciences, University of Indonesia, Pelita Harapan University, Swiss Germany University, Atma Jaya University, National University of Jakarta, and Poznan University. She is a food scientist with expertise in flavor. She is involved in many professional associations and is passionate about guiding the next generation of scientists. She has supervised hundreds of undergraduate and graduate students. Her research has led to the commercialization of cajuput candy, a healthy alternative sweets, sourced from a non- sucrose Melaleuca cajuputi oil.

Dewi Megawati, Ph.D.

Mega is an enthusiastic molecular virologist with essential knowledge in immunology, molecular biology, microbiology, and vector biology leading to a successful generation of patentable antiviral proteins.
She has experience working with multiple aspects of infectious disease research projects. She is excellent in molecular virology techniques, including handling mice and mosquitoes, cell culture-based techniques, virus infections, genetic engineering, and fluorescent microscopy.

Putu Virgina Partha Devanthi, Ph.D.

Gina a passionate and accomplished academic researcher, currently based in Bremen, Germany and serving as an Assistant Professor at the Biotechnology Department of the Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences in Jakarta. With over five years of experience in academia, she has supervised more than 30 undergraduate theses and secured research grants from both industry and government agencies. As a Principal Investigator, she has led several successful research projects that focus on unlocking the potential of microbes for food, nutraceutical, and biomaterial production. Her research findings have been published in top-tier peer-reviewed journals, earning me recognition and acclaim from the academic community. With a commitment to excellence in both education and research, she constantly seek new opportunities to collaborate with fellow scientists and make meaningful contributions to the field of biotechnology.

Amadeus Pribowo, Ph.D.

Amadeus is passionate about the commercialization of Science. Currently developing a startup producing natural & science-based products for atopic dermatitis using local ingredients from Indonesia. He is an Adjunct Professor at Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences. He brings a wealth of expertise and experience including having served as a Vice Rector of Academics at the same institution where he developed educational policies and strategic plans for the institution; implemented academic programs and projects; supervised and coordinated day-to-day curricular, instructional, and other academic activities in the institution. Dr. Pribowo established two new study programs Biotechnology and BioEntrepreneurship , developed curricula, lesson plans, and research, academic, and industry collaborations.

He holds a PhD degree from Massey University in New Zealand. At the School of Business and Management ITB, he teaches Technology and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and the Creative Economy. His research interests include supply chain collaboration, inventory models, operations management, service science, and creative economy. Dr. Simatupang offers expertise in business engineering dan business modelling.
